The silicone grips the wand so snugly that there's zero slip, and it really does seem to pass the vibration through better than bare plastic. Tiny thing, but I can feel the difference in how it buzzes on the skin. Worth the few bucks.

Fits just as described and the silicone does transmit the vibrations well, so no complaints there. But honestly, it’s a bit of a hassle to get on and off, and I expected it to add a little more texture or grip to the experience. It’s fine, just not the game-changer I was hoping for.
